Working with customers for RFQ’s, locate parts needed. Send quotes, process PO’s from customer and place order/PO with suppliers. Process return & exchanges. Track orders for on time delivery. Accounts Payable/Receivable, process credit card payments. Process invoices for order by email and through customers portals. Add new inventory to company website, upload suppliers parts list. Follow up with customers to confirm order satisfaction with parts delivered and new requests.

Develop and grow direct lending and refinance program, strong customer service and sales, call center environment with heavy call volume, review loan approval requirements per company guidelines, process necessary paperwork for auto loan, book out vehicles using Kelly Blue Book and NADA to calculate loan to value, work with lien holders, customers and dealerships regarding purchase structure, handle supervisor calls for questions and/or complaints.

Customer service, manage daily inventory, order/purchase supplies, accounts receivable & accounts payable, invoicing customers and follow up on past due accounts, design website and advertising to send to local area.

Develop accessory sales program, design accessory catalog, market and manage sales program. Contact customers to generate sales orders. Process orders, submit orders to vendors, coordinate shipping of order, follow-up on orders received and customer satisfaction. Project manager for small repairs & VRC’s. Manage daily requirements of office, process documents for new employees, produce sales and project reports, design and produce marketing materials for sales department, assist with sales and project managers meetings.

Manage existing and new international accounts. Coordinating sales orders with customer, accounting department, factory, and shipping agent. Process sales order and invoice from packing list. Assist CEO in his daily duties and run sales reports. Organize and attend trade shows, including booth and shelf layout, order and ship products to shows and set up of booth. Re-develop finance program, process loan applications by fax, phone and online. Determine pre-qualification of applicant/patient. Submit credit applications to qualifying bank. Complete and process loan documents with both bank and applicant/patient. On going follow-up with applicant/patient and doctors office. Work with marketing to sign on new clients/doctors. Calculate amount payable to doctors office and company profit report.

Manage team of 7 to 10 employees. Monitor teams suspense, verifications of buyers employment, residence and insurance, complete customer phone interviews, audit funding package to be sure contract is within state usery, DMV paperwork is done correctly and other necessary paperwork is within company guidelines, calculate income, dept ratio, payment to income, loan to value, advance and reserve, book out vehicles using Kelly Blue Book and NADA, decode bureaus and verify accounts, handle dealerships and buyers questions and/or complaints.

Taking and processing incoming phone orders, generate packing slips/shipping orders, schedule outgoing deliveries, billing/invoicing, manage daily inventory and monthly inventory count, ordering/purchasing supplies, schedule rail cars for chemical delivery and empty rail cars to be picked up, accounts payable, human resources and calculate employees hours for corporate payroll.
