Project management for international projects involving European distribution centers, also led worldwide performance measurement initiative (international travel).Facilitated monthly performance meetings with managers, directors and functional vice president to review financial performance and variance analysis to contain expenses.Created warehouse configuration for new customer: 75,000 SKUs, 6 million units.Conducted unit cost, productivity, inventory, bill of material analysis and ad hoc reporting. Tracked capital expenditures, drafted capital expenditure applications, i.e cost/benefit analysis and justification, RFP experience.
