Outreach and support for physician groups, to educate and support the medical home model assist consumers with getting the most out of their healthcare experience while helping care providers improve the delivery system. I work with a talented team to educate providers regarding policies and procedures,provider orientation and performance to achieve meaningful engagement with alignment of BH services and quality goals of both provider and health plan teams.
