Management of Medica Special Needs Programs. Lead initiatives to grow MSHO and SNBC Programs. Collaboration with internal departments to leverage marketing, call center outreach, and community engagement. Communication and exposure to external delegates to enhance education of your SNP Plans and sales process.

Managing outreach for Blue Cross Blue Shield MSHO program. Accountable for strategic planning, connecting to organizations and stakeholders, and driving sales for the MSHO program. Collaboration with Sales and Partner Relations team.

Lead efforts of the Special Needs Plans team to build relationships with a variety of internal partners and external stakeholders such as potential enrollees, providers, county and state agencies and other stakeholder groups to maximize sales opportunities.

Educate individuals and stakeholders on Medica State Public Programs Special Needs Plans. Lead sales for Hennepin County for MSHO and SNBC Programs. These programs are specifically designed to offer care coordination to low income senior and disabled population. Coordinate volunteer outreach projects for Medica employees including East African Meals on Wheels, Asian food shelf, and art therapy for disabled individuals . Build relationships nursing homes and assisted living facilities to offer on site Physican and Nurse Practitioner teams. Assist our State Public Program team with marketing materials and media.

My responsibilities included hiring and training 12 customer service representatives. Provided quality improvement through call auditing and individual meetings. Lead weekly team meetings and developed incentive programs. Provided consistent high level service to critical key account groups.
