I designed and created jewelry and managed the logistics of running a small business, such as writing listings and packaging and shipping sales to customers.

Though this website was used primarily to sell jewelry, I did list and sell some photography on the site.

I planned and initiated curriculum centers for preschool aged children and communicated their progress with parents.I was also an assistant to the Kindergarten teacher. In this role, I facilitated with implementing her curriculum in ways that emphasized every aspect of development.

I was engaged in curriculum planning, and had the daily responsibility of setting up an optimal learning environment for children from infant to toddlerhood.

I was here for about a year. It was my first role in a traditional childcare center. I worked as an associate toddler teacher and a floater in the preschool classrooms.

I worked here in a paid internship position. It was such a wonderful opportunity to jump start my career. Because I worked from the other side of a two way mirror and was under constant observation, I had to be constantly vigilant of my words and my actions. It gave me no opportunity to develop any bad habits. This paired with daily team meetings gave me every opportunity to analyze and perfect my skills. The icing on the cake was working with truly loving people who had no agendas other than to love and care for the children that had been entrusted to them.
