The YouthBuild Atlanta Program is a comprehensive leadership development and educational program for young adults who have dropped out of school and are looking for opportunities to get back on track with their education. - Manage all program staff and facilitate staff training - Assess and improve program operations - Analyze performance data and compile national data reports - Manage five federal grant awards totaling $2.4 million in funding from the U.S. Department of Labor, Corporation for National and Community Service (AmeriCorps National Direct), and the Office of Juvenile Justice Delinquency and Prevention - Write competitive grant proposals for program sustainability - Manage AmeriCorps programs (National Direct and VISTA) and member hours

- Grant contract administration with the U.S. Department of State - American Youth Leadership Program - Coordinated and conducted international study abroad programming for high school students - Devised intercultural exchange and social leadership curriculum to prepare teen participants for international study abroad sessions and social entrepreneurship projects - Partnership management and consultation

- Wrote competitive grant proposals for the GA Department of Education’s 21st Century Community Learning Centers - Grant management and budget oversight of $1.7 million federal award - Directed all aspects of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant award including grant compliance, program design, training and management of staff, and partnership development - Created written policies and procedures, educational curricula, staff training workshops, and other tools essential for operations- Committee chair for the Georgia Afterschool Investment Council to strategize on professional development needs for afterschool workers across Georgia
