Over 20 years of Systems Engineering experience developing radar and imaging technology.RESPONSIBILITIES • Investigate, evaluate, develop and integrate imaging-based technology for use on multiple product platforms. • Responsible for cradle-to-grave development and support of the CUAS Camera subsystem. • Continued development of imaging expertise; including visible, infrared, hyperspectral and hypertemporal technologies. • Responsible for subsystem architecture, algorithms, requirements, roadmaps, cost, schedule and performance.ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Developed and integrated a best-in-class camera subsystem for use in CUAS missions, directly leading to over $60M in revenue. • Winner of SRC’s Innovation Champion Award for the development of a novel hypertemporal imaging system for use in On-the-Move CUAS applications. • Leveraged machine learning technology to successfully design and demonstrate proof-of-concept camera automation, directly improving system capability and usability to better position for capture of the Army’s CUAS Program-of-Record. • Successfully developed a high-accuracy capability, directly leading to funding on multiple contracts, to characterize and correct camera/radar system errors resulting in high quality track vectors for applications requiring interceptor guidance.PREVIOUS SRC EXPERIENCE • Technical lead/EPM for LSTAR® and BSTAR™ radar systems – responsible for all aspects of program including cost, schedule, requirements, technical performance, technology roadmaps, customer relations and business development. • Developed the CUAS radar capability, which was utilized to protect the 2012 London Olympics, G8 and G20 summits. • Program manager/EPM/lead engineer for ISR technology demonstration initiatives.
