Supervise day to day activity within IBA department across all accounts and disciplines-Business Management, Talent, Traffic, & ClearanceCollaborate with Deutsch and IPG attorneys on talent releases, music contracts and all documents associated with productionsHandle Broadcast Traffic and Talent payment for all accounts in agencyRenegotiate expired commercial contracts with agentsKeep updated records of all use and payments for talent trackingWork closely with Production and Account Management to prepare production estimates including foreign and US based shootsHandle all invoicing related to productions and work closely with Finance to manage client billing and track all jobsProblem solve and find the most cost effective solutions for our clientsInvolved with Network and Legal ClearanceUp to date on most recent SAG/AFTRA rules and guidelinesAssist with staffing plans and training new employeesMulti-tasker, works well under pressure, anticipates needs of producers, account group and clients, so there are always problem-solving solutions availableAttend quarterly 4 A’s Traffic and Talent Committee meetings, as well as JPC Town Halls with other Department heads to stay on top of all recent rules and regulations
