I handle shipping/receiving, office equipment and supplies, seminar materials delivery, filling orders, coordinate contractors for building and grounds maintenance, and oversee campus security. We have now outsourced our production printing, so I'm managing the relationship with that vendor. I assemble and order books and promotional materials. I am responsible for making sure the items arrive at the proper location, and on time. As more printed material moves to electronic files, I convert our training manuals to PDF, adding bookmarks and links for navigation. In addition, I'm the "point person" on the new Ricoh MFP's we've installed in four locations on the campus. I manage the Equitrac software that runs them and allows for "follow-you" printing and "scan-to-me". I am also assisting with AIBI's Learning Library My location has been moved back to Office Support Services, where I am now the only staff member in the area. That means I'm also handling the inbound and outbound shipping (small package and LTL), inbound and outbound mail, warehouse, and office supplies.

I primarily produce books, flyers, leaflets, handouts, and related documents using 106ipm and 92ipm monochrome and a 75ipm color production-level printers. I run the make-ready software (Océ PRISMA Suite and Fiery Command WorkStation) to prepare the jobs for printing, then produce quality output for internal and external customers of AIB International. I also print on a wide-format (24") color inkjet printer. I also assist with additional duties of our Department: shipping and receiving of small parcel and LTL; inbound and outbound USPS mail pieces; ordering, stocking, and delivery of office supplies and equipment.In addition, I function as a first-call troubleshooter (key operator) for photocopiers and mid-range printers at AIB.
