This position utilizes established curriculum and course content to provide training to end-users. Establish interpersonal relations through effective communication. The Credentialed trainer is expected to motivate, be optimistic and encouraging of the Epic EMR system and project, while upholding the CHN core values.Key Essential Functions of the Position: -Provide training on Epic applications after successfully completing a 6 week training program.-Administer learning assessments to ensure understanding of class content.-Provide remedial training as needed. -Works with the Principal Trainer to ensure that any changes made to the curriculum are incorporated into the class. -Assist Principal Trainer in redevoloping curriculum.-Ensure any questions that arise during class that need clarification are reviewed with appropriate person and communicated back to students.-Assist with Go Live support
