Team averaged 1.5 million-Was entrusted with 3 communities whereas other Community Managers are only assigned 1. -Nominated for Peer of the Year 2010-this is an award that is strictly amongst your peers that you work with including all employees at Triple Crown Corporation. -Mention award 1st half 2011- this award is given when an unsolicited letter is received by management from either a sub contractor, customer or 3rd party person that mentions how an employee has gone above and beyond.Triple Crown Corporation strategically removed themselves from the residential construction market in the fall of 2011 to focus on their lucrative commercial real estate and property management divisions therefore dissolving their inside sales team.

I worked closely with the manager of the marketing department and the sales team at TCC with all marketing needs. My duties also included, but were not limited to, planning quarterly outreach, reviewing annual business plans of the individual sales agents, special events and business outreach. I was responsible for weekly reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations, Manager of Marketing and Sales Manager on the success and implementation of our marketing strategies.

Received award for Top Performer, highest units funded in the East Coast Region and was a consecutive President's Club member for my tenure at Alliance Funding. Held record for my region for highest units funded in a month at 136 units.
