With over 13 years of experience in research administration, I have a strong background in IRB coordination and management, having worked at Virginia Commonwealth University for over 10 years in various positions, including IRB Reliance Manager. I have a master's degree in sociology and a bachelor's degree in anthropology, and I am skilled in research management and regulatory compliance. My core competencies include IRB compliance, ethics, policy, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building. I am passionate about advancing human subject protection and facilitating ethical and innovative research.
