Stacy Woods’ background allows her to offer a broad array of services relating to real estate, general business law and estate planning. Stacy has extensive knowledge in all phases of real property conveyancing, real estate development projects from initial land acquisition stage to ultimate sale, and the financing of such transactions. She negotiates and drafts leases and resolves leasehold disputes as they arise, including eviction actions. She also represents contractors and property owners in a variety of matters including real estate lending and boundary line disputes. She is a Minnesota State Bar Association Board Certified Real Property Law Specialist.Stacy Woods and her partners act as the City Attorney for City of New Hope, Minnesota as well. Stacy is or has been involved in a number of real property-related organizations including: member of the Real Property Council for the Minnesota State Bar Association ("MSBA"); Treasurer, MSBA Real Property Council (2021- present); member of legislative committee of MSBA Real Property Section; Chairperson for the Real Property Section of Hennepin County Bar Association for 2008-2009; member and previous board member of Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (“MNCREW”); volunteered as supervising attorney with the Kommerstad Center for Business Law & Entrepreneurship at the University of Minnesota Law School.
