Managed a non-retail central production facility with 50 team members for print and typeset overflow work for 120 Kinko’s locations in Southern California. Monthly work represented an average of $2 million in sales per month.

Managed corporate rollouts of technology services and products from installation to training of Assistant Managers of Technology at 80 locations in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Responsibilities included technology support for General Store Managers, maintenance of store networks, and computer hardware.

The South Pasadena Kinko’s was a new construction store. As General Manager I was responsible for all retail operations including Standard Operating Procedures, financials, safety, security, scheduling and compliance with state and federal laws, customer experience targets, staff training, and support of the Corporate Sales Team. We regularly exceeded monthly sales and profitability goals, averaging 350k per month, operating 24/7 with 25 team members.

Supported General Manager in all aspects of operations, with an emphasis in the Computer Services Department at a flagship branch that averaged 600k in sales per month, operating 24/7 with 40 team members.
