Tiny Acre Farms was an urban specialty cut-flower farm in Des Moines, IA. We grew seasonal cut-flowers for area florists, designers, DIY brides and grooms, and flower lovers all over central Iowa. Founded and managed all areas of the business. Created all marketing assets and content including the website, social media content, email marketing and photography. Ran a successful kickstarter campaign to fund the remodel of an old ice cream truck into a flower truck. Develop and execute social media strategies that support marketing initiatives while increasing brand equity and online awareness. Responsible for the development, execution and reporting of social media campaigns. Monitor brand sentiment and mentions in the social space; surface, engage and report on findings. Participated in the extended stay program working out of the London office for two months seeking ways to improve processes and relationships with our global colleagues.

Gathered details and compiled data to estimate all production costs according to specifications. Responsible for construction scheduling, company and project budgets.
