Serves as lead crisis communicator for operational crisis situations. Key accomplishments: • Significant contribution to the company’s first thought leadership platform using its Quality of Life positioning and designed to engage in topics related to human capital issues in the workplace; provides strategic direction for development and implementation of all assets surrounding Sodexo’s annual Workplace Trends Report including B-to-B and B-to-C communication and content marketing strategies. • Successfully, from the ground up, rolled out and manage Sodexo’s ten cross-functional, geographic-based crisis management teams used by the company during localized crisis such as natural disasters or an event that disrupts business in a community.

Coordination of all special events including holiday events, town hall meetings, employee recognition dinner and receptions, two yearly employee sports outings as well as welcome receptions for new executives.
