I had been studying nutrition and dietetics informally all my life and in 2005 decided to make it my 2nd career with a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University.My focus has always been on Prevention in general - I believe a healthy diet throughout your life can help prevent long term disease. For those who come to proper diet management late, much damage can be undone through a greatly improved intake.I help people and companies create comprehensive wellness programs specifically tailored to their current health status, preferences, needs, and habits to encourage adherence.
