Stacy is the Chief People Officer for Plus Power. She brings more than 25 years of human resources and operations management experience. Prior to joining Plus Power, Stacy served as Vice President of Human Resources for Clearway Energy Group and Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Operations for Recurrent Energy. At both companies, Stacy developed and led their strategic HR functions from scratch in support of rapid company growth. Stacy is also the President and founder of WinSquared HR, a consultancy and coaching practice helping companies to develop and optimize their people management practices and enhance their company cultures. Prior to her 15 years in the renewable energy industry, Stacy held various senior HR positions for Visa International and Cost Plus World Market. Stacy graduated with honors from California State University where she earned a BS in Industrial Psychology and a minor in Human Resources. She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Strategic Workforce Planner (SWP) and is trained as a co-active coach.
