Oversee the development and implementation of business strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction in the 3PL industry.Oversee execution and implementation of projects ensuring customer needs are met.Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and broadening the company’s market reach.

Plan and execute the direction and administration of all regional office activities, including fundraising, program delivery, leadership development, communications, government relations, fact-finding/research and office management to advance ADL’s mission within the region. Represent ADL in the community, to the media and to public officials. Manage, engage and develop regional board, committees and staff. Report to and communicate regularly with Divisional colleagues and the Regional Operations team in the national office.

Responsible for leading Texoma team in creating and executing strategy, implementing programs, and responding to community. • Works directly with Regional Director / Central Division VP in planning program initiatives, board engagement opportunities, community outreach, Law Enforcement workshops, educational programs, Walk Against Hate, and overall regional goals and growth. • Leads team to create and execute weekly communication plan to engage constituents on topics that are personally relevant and important. • Create and set strategy and timeline for Texoma Team to with focus on execution to meet goals of engagement and relevancy.• Partner with ADL leaders and volunteers in planning and execution of the 2022 Walk Against Hate. Responsible for overall execution of logistics, operations, communications, marketing of the event.

Responsible for setting strategy for girl-facing council wide programs. Leads 5 teams that develop, implement and survey programs for different delivery models within Girl Scouts of NE Texas to ensure outcomes are being met. Oversees process of different departments to ensure programs developed are meaningful, fall within Girl Scouts 4-pillars and accommodate all age ranges, geographic locations and interests. Sets funding strategies with Fund Development team to ensure corporate, foundation and grant requirements are aligned to programs and delivered with impact. Works in tandem with CPO and Vice President of Fund Development on new council program initiatives, developing data collections processes, aligning corporate and community philanthropic support to existing programs and grow presence of new delivery models.

Responsible for leading team that develops, implements and surveys programs for Girl Scouts of NE Texas. Ensures GSNETX Programs Team and Program Providers deliver the National Program Portfolio and Girl Scout Leadership Experience. Oversees process to ensure program leads are educated in Girl Scout program design, program adherence, and Girl Scout processes for a “value add” experience. Works with Fund Development to craft sponsorship packages for corporate sponsors, foundations and grant applicarions. Lead team to develop new experiences such as Programs on Demand, Club Concept, and new GSLI College Workshops. Collaborates with the CPO on special projects such as the Ericsson/ GSNETX Jumpstart initiative, the REC Foundation initiative, STEM Center Programming, streamlining of data collection, GS processes, VTK, etc. and oversees implementation to ensure goals and objectives are being met.

Responsible for establishing relationships with businesses and organizations that want to develop and implement workshops for Girl Scouts. Vet Program Partners to ensure they deliver the National Program Portfolio and Girl Scout Leadership Experience and provide support in program design, program adherence, and education on Girl Scout processes for a “value add” experience. Work with Program team to develop meaningful, 4-pillar, programs at every age level and utilize resources to deliver the workshops. Vets new and innovative programs that align with the GSNETX 4-pillars for possible implementation in our council. Created a revenue generating model for the GPS activity and information publication that currently generates approx. $30,000 annually.
