I am a perpetual organizer always on the lookout to improve a process. I started out as a Graphic Designer, but discovered my love of learning new processes with my design skills worked well in documenting and diagramming new process work flows. This skill along with my ability to adapt to rapidly changing needs, finding the right people for various roles, and my natural interpersonal and communication skills propelled me to accept many diverse roles across the company.
