With over 20 years of experience in oncology, my journey began as an occupational therapist, where I discovered my true passion: leading people. Two career milestones I am most proud of include:• Building, leading, and scaling the largest profitable community oncology program in the country, growing from a small team of therapists in one location to over 1,000 therapists across 26 markets.• Receiving the Richard Manning Humanitarian Award for my dedication to bringing cancer rehabilitation to those who need it most.As an accomplished leader and innovator, I am driven by data-informed decisions, collaboration, and a relentless focus on results.
