Key advisory areas included: transition planning, shifting the culture, developing sponsorship, personnel retention, and supporting leadership.- Marketing Strategy Consultant (FreshBox Farms/Pure Genius Foods) – Advised the Chief Marketing Officer/General Manager on strategy for expanding their market share, including: redefining the brand and packaging, creating a campaign to educate the consumer on unfamiliar product benefits, and developing effective B2B sales materials to expand distribution and sales outlets.- Advisor (KindEye.com) – Served on the Board of Advisors. Defined the business model and growth plan for B2B. Advised on strategy for growth, marketing, and investment.Selected experiences - Not for Profit:- Culture Change & Process Optimization (JVS) - Identified core operational issues related to a competitive culture and program silos. Re-designed processes and roles related to customer and partner relationship development. These changes resulted in the doubling of client acquisition and relationship strength in the first 2 months and quadrupling over the first year.- Target Segment Strategy, Implementation and Marketing Plan (JBBBS) – Developed a new strategy to “Attract, Engage and Retain” Young Professionals. Evaluated the current model, conducted research on the target population and engaged them in strategy formulation. Formulated strategic options and facilitated decisions. Developed marketing strategy, messaging and execution of the plan. - Org Transformation and Integration of New Executives (JCHE) - Coached the new CEO of one of the largest Housing & Elder Care organizations in Mass on effectively entering the organization, leading a culture transformation and replacing most of the exec team.
