I've spent the majority of my career working for fortune 500 companies in the media industry. I feel fortunate to have held various positions throughout the years; whether in a support, leadership or outside sales role all have provided me with a broader perspective of what it takes to keep a company on track.Now, I'm working in the Oil & Gas Industry for a company that has been around as long as the oldest media company I've worked for (AT&T) - Suhm (SOOM) Spring Works, Inc. (circa 1885)! While it may seem very different at first glance, a couple of things remain the same wherever you go and that is the needs of your employees and customers - people like to feel cherished!
