CurrentResponsible for managing all customer engagement client events within the Southern California, Nevada, and Hawaii markets. Work with internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution of events resulting in client satisfaction, retention, and market growth.• Proven success in working in a fast-paced environment with execution of 2500+ customer engagement events • Accountable for managing annual budget of $65K and control cost • Forecast market needs and staffing and provided support of over 99% of customer engagements• Identified ways to improve efficiency between various segments/departments• Utilize SalesForce to manage engagements and ensure accurate recording of data• Screen, interview, and hire Benefit Educators • Directly manage team of 15 contract Benefit Educators• Provide coaching and training to internal enrollment staff and contracted Benefit Educators to ensure maximum performance and execution• Review and approve weekly payroll and expense submissions• Conduct market analysis and produce reports for management team upon request• Knowledge in various health benefit plans
