Review and analyze district shrink and safety performance, identify trends, and implement improvement initiatives. Train employees and managers in customer service, merchandising, and operational standards of excellence. Drive positive public relations through community engagement. Maximize turns with inventory productivity, improvements in stock and reduce slow moving merchandise. Accomplishments:• Reduced OSHA rate to best district compliance in the region below plan (2.84%), outperforming region and eliminating two stores from high risk to green status.
