In the last four years I upgraded all company policies and procedures which have resulted in an increased profitability of 20% each of the last two years. In my tenure I have also worked with outside counsel to settle and or dismiss several civil suits, represented the company in all administrative and unlawful detainer hearings as well as drafted and negotiated all lease agreements. I have worked to craft alternative solutions to tenant disputes. I have hired and trained all office staff, and upgraded company practices to comply with local and state guidelines. My tenure has included four major building upgrades which entailed hiring and negotiating contracts with contractors and all sub-contractors, working with tenants to ensure tenant satisfaction and safety all while keeping company risk at a minimum and maximizing opportunities by expanding the business.

Represented defendants in felony crimes unit. Conducted arraignments, drafted pre-trial motions, interviewed defendants and witnesses, prepared deposition questions for pre-trial hearings, assisted in pre-trial preparation, negotiated pre-trial settlements and civil compromises.
