- Perform training needs analysis and provides guidance ad assistance to operations personnel to address training needs.- Serve as advisor/subject matter expert/partner to Regional Director of Operations for all training and development matters within assigned region.- Develop and execute regional training plans in support of business strategies of the region.- Schedule and coordinate the training efforts within the region. Coordinate career and employee development opportunities and resources.- Conduct workshops to aid in the continued development of regional management.- Identify employee skill development requirements and recommends training which will cost effectively meet individual and achieve region objectives.

Northern Alabama

- Support the RDO and DDOs in the alignment of secured lending with the Company’s strategic objectives. - Serve as the secured lending product Subject Matter Expert, advising the RDO and DDO on all secured lending products in area of responsibility. - Roll out of new secured lending products to the Region’s Centers. - Oversee the relationships with the recovery company.- Oversee the sale of vehicles by the auction houses.- Maintenance of relations with the local DMV.- Identification of areas that require training updates and help deliver this training.- Serve as a training resource to help train new employees.- Post roll out training follow-up.- Operational reviews to ensure trends and potential issues are identified and communicated to the RDO (Divisions/Centers not meeting expectations, bad debt issues, collateral evaluation issues, etc.)- Compliance with policies and procedures (ex. – perfecting security liens, transfers to a recovery companies, etc.)- Lead generation, sales and marketing efforts are occurring to ensure the Divisions/Centers meet receivables, revenue and profitability goals.- Help identify reasons for Divisions and Centers that are not meeting their receivables, revenue and profitability goals.
