Responsible for the business development for clinical and regulatory consulting, education, training, and eHR implementation and support across the post-acute care industry. Provide ongoing support of the sales and marketing goals for the organization. Develop relationships with National and State Health Care Associations to provide their members with industry current education, resources, tools, and training.

• Manage full-service client assessment center overseeing complex scheduling for team of psychometric testing assessors and administration of testing instruments to business clients. • Provide process, resource and functional expertise in talent management, interviewing, proprietary system and software support, complete documentation, assessment feedback, and planning support. • Manage all aspects of contractor and employee staffing including job posting, conducting candidate screening and selection, scheduling online assessments and interviews, and process required Federal / State employment documentation, process payroll and benefits for a staff of 40. • Provide excellent administrative support for the Executive Team including expense management, travel arrangements, scheduling meets and retreat planning.

Managed a variety of projects including: corporate web page creation, regular updates of the site’s written and visual content, edited portfolio of assessment center document for continuity and relevance, updated online assessment tests for scoring accuracy.
