-The primary role of the VP I is to plan and coordinate a strong, well-balanced chapter program, relevant to the needs and desires of the chapter. She serves as the chair of the Program Council and acts as the liaison between PC and EC. Since PC is often the training ground for future EC officers, the VP I must assist in the development of leadership skills among the members of PC. In charge of any and all programming, a leader and able to help any and all PC officers.Duties:-Meet with the President to discuss your communication, partnership and how you will best work together. -Meet Crown Chapter Criteria-Registering anything and everything-Meet with the PC Advisor or General Advisor to establish open communication.-Meet with the outgoing VP I. -Assist with the selection and appointment of PC officers. -Develop goals for your office and give to the President. -Attend chapter officer training and Officer Leadership Academy (if your officer role is selected to attend). -Meet with the Treasurer to review the PC officers’ budgets; get two copies of each budget, one for your records and one for the officer.-After the appointment of Program Council officers, meet with the new PC to: -Collect each officer’s goals for her office –Establish communication –Establish PC goals and action steps that relate to the chapter goals –Set a regular meeting time –Finalize the semester calendar –Review each officer’s budget

-Oversees Crown Classic 5K walk in the spring & Think Pink Week in the fall (for Breast Cancer Awareness) -Coordinates registration, event amenities, and chapter involvement-Supervises Crown Classic & Think Pink Chairmen
