During COVID I ended up needing to do respite services full time for my adult non-verbal Autistic son. We have now found alternative care so I am looking forward to exploring opportunities where I can apply my skills and career experience. I will be available in October 2021.

Accountable for managing all operational areas throughout our various channels including but not limited to Retail Operations, Commercial Operations, Key Accounts Operations, in addition to, ultimately responsible for the company’s Inventory assets along with the Distribution and Warehouse personnel and processes. This is in addition to my duties as IT Manager as those responsibilities as stated below followed me into this role. Additional responsibilities besides what is stated in other areas of this brochure include: Analyzed and implemented process improvements that allowed us to reduce staff overhead by 20% by streamlining. This then provided opportunity to those employees that had additional skillsets and talents. Created career paths for each employee in each level of my teams and worked with them to achieve their personal goals while focusing on our company goals. This created dedication! Defined gaps and created opportunity for individuals to grow. Ensured that we had clear segregation of duties across all areas of the organization. Solely responsible for PCI Compliance Management Work closely with CIO and COO to plan, structure and prioritize overall IT project considerations. This in addition to the responsibilities that I continued as stated under the IT Manager position. I continue to manage all PCI Compliance requirements.

Developed the IT Network team in early 2013 which grew into a team of a total of 10 individuals. Managed the Network Services Group providing Security, Network Administration, Infrastructure Design, IT Operations and IT Help Desk to the organization which had two primary office locations. I am responsible for all PCI Compliance Management to which I evaluated the systems and environment and created structure that would provide proper segregation of duties and controls. I conduct annual PCI Compliance processes. In addition, I managed the Application Development Engineer(s) for our ERP, WMS and Integrations.

Responsible for providing management, technical support and coordination to the Chemical Health Advisory Board, Action Teams, and Community Chemical Health Councils in Goodhue County in their efforts to promote chemical health among youth and families. Specific areas of responsibility, experience and activities include:Develop and maintain community chemical health councils in major cities within Goodhue County and provide ongoing support and technical assistance to groups:– Support the development of the infrastructure– Provide administrative support to local leaders– Lead the Strategic Planning Framework with the CHC’s to ensure that local needs are met with resources.-Support the activities and initiatives of the Goodhue County CHI Advisory Board and Councils by partnering in the planning of routine meetings and assisting with facilitation.-Ensure proper reporting of data and accomplishments to funding agencies and organizations which require such reporting (COMET)-Support and guide implementation of special projects as determined by the CHI Advisory board and program director.-Collaborate with local organizations to build capacity and increase sustainability.-Utilize the Strategic Prevention Framework model to guide and produce strategic plan for implementation of strategies.

Managed the Network Services Group which provided network administration, IT operations and IT help desk support to all local and remote employees including sales representatives across 5 branch locations, 10 remote showrooms and 3 Asian offices. Also, responsible for project management and business analysis across the Network Services environment.Other general management responsibilities, including participation in monthly planning meetings with senior management, purchasing, implementation of key IT policies and procedures across the organization, and fostering development of IT employees.
