Achieved 99% up-time for our primary customer by instituting thorough maintenance procedures, stocking critical spares & establishing formal testing processes for key electronic components.*Successfully reorganized the Field Services department after a leadership change by creating a centralized project history file to include all active contracts, all intellectual property agreements and patents for the product line.
