I have served in public education for over 25 years as a teacher, Assistant Principal, Intervention Specialist, Freshman Academy Director, Principal (PK-12), Director of Community Support Programs. My last public education role was as the Director of a17 site Before/After school program and GEAR UP and TSL grants. I have a wealth of experience managing multiple large projects (and budgets) simultaneously.Wearing multiple hats is now the norm in public education. Education consultants can lighten the load. As an educator and consultant, I am a firm believer in continuous improvement principles, making data-driven decisions focused on meeting the needs of students and staff, and taking care of the people you lead.I have the privilege of serving with a collaborative team focused on helping school districts become more effective and efficient. My passion is analyzing systems, processes, and data to identify where improvements are needed and developing realistic, cost effective solutions.
