It Business Analyst (Salesforce)
Current- Collaborate with key stakeholders across multiple departments withing the business to understand current business issues and pain points and improve existing or new processes and functions. - Elicit Functional Requirements from business users - Propose solutions and then design, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions across our Sales and Service Clouds- Creation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features and functional specifications, business process flow design, and recommendations on scope- Play a lead role in all testing activities for use cases, including defect resolution - Proactively recommend new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the platform- Designed and integrated Onfido managed package to our Sales Cloud. - Liaise with our managed package suppliers; Asperato, Conga, Onfido, Natterbox.
