As the CTO for the State of Kansas, I was responsible for IT strategy across 18 state agencies during the start of the pandemic when all the systems crashed. I helped restore them in 4 days, moved a data center in 6 months, and negotiated a dozen "X as a Service" contracts in 18 months. As CISO and VP, Enterprise Risk and Global Compliance, I've led ethics, global compliance, cybersecurity, and M&A technical strategy. I designed and led a 14B Aerospace company through their first Global Enterprise Risk in 6 months. Lastly, I worked with Mazars UK and the EU Union on Intellectual Privacy and Business Ethics for a 750M target during a Data Breach of said target.
