This plan focuses on enrollment data and intelligence, program degree marketing, student communication, & student retention. Key member of the college's Guided Pathways leadership team. Leadership responsibilities for the development & execution of the intake and advising processes integral to Guided Pathways. Processing of student documents at walk-up windows, reducing the average processing time for each document from 5 days to 23 minutes and virtually eliminated lost forms.
