Involved in both the technical and business planning efforts. Lead a large, highly technical team to quickly manufacture hardware and generate technical documentation to bring the product to market in less than six months.• Led team for international commercial contract for a European military customer. Led engineering and manufacturing teams through technical modifications of a $64 million Tactical Unmanned Aerial System. Initiated subcontracts with domestic and international vendors, coordinated technical team through design and integration of new capabilities to baseline system, and coordinated manufacturing teams to beat typical production cycles. • As a Systems Engineer, led team through test and integration for the Universal Ground Control Station. The $25 million project required designing to STANAG 4586 specifications and deconflicting requirements and program schedules of U.S. Marine Corps and Army customers.• Experienced interacting with U.S. military personnel and international commercial and military customers.
