Stacy is the Personal Development Director at Chelsea Milling Company. She is a member of the executive team and reports to the CEO. Accomplishments include developing and currently implementing a customized knowledge transfer program used to retain critical knowledge across the organization and to assist in succession planning. She has conducted group interventions to identify organizational obstacles and re-invent processes and solutions in partnership with managers and employees to promote an environment of collaboration and teamwork. She has also worked with leaders to interpret employee engagement data and co-facilitate action planning sessions to address and improve employee satisfaction. She has experience working with high performing employees who are transitioning into new leadership roles, executives who need to develop and demonstrate their emotional intelligence, and individuals in career transition. Her vision, energy, and creativity have contributed to her success in developing client relationships and leading teams. She has been asked to speak at professional conferences to share her experiences in developing the talent of others and building a cohesive work environment through interpersonal communication and effective relationship building techniques.
