For 3 years in the IT environment, I have not only developed my hard skills. I also found a new way of thinking, a new engineering approach to solving problems. The development process is fascinating and gives pleasure. IT environment-is the future in which I already participate today and influence the world. In addition to work, I have many other hobbies: of course, it's snowboarding, I was born in the far north and still feel confident in the snowy mountains, despite the fact that I have long moved to warmer climes. I am also fond of theatrical art. I like to go to various productions, from classics to contemporary art. And I also attend courses myself to improve emotional intelligence, it helps in communicating with other people and increases mutual understanding and accelerates the process of achieving joint goals. My friends notice my good sense of humor. In a routine workflow, this helps to relieve tension and bring a more cohesive and strong communication to the team. I always soberly assess my capabilities and can say exactly what kind of work I can take under my responsibility, and where I will refuse immediately during the interview process if it does not correspond to my competence. I also have a good ability to learn and adapt my work to the processes in the team. For some time, I will adapt to the internal regulations and make a positive contribution to the process and will work together on the goals and mission of the company.
