I was promoted to ensure high franchise performance while maximizing franchise retention. In this role, I led team through a departmental restructure, guiding employees through the change while ensuring undisrupted performance among franchisees. I also implemented several new processes to maximize team efficacy.

I sold franchises for Quality Inn and Clarion. Through this period, I delivered unprecedented sales results, including 160% of deal quota in 2004, 137% of room quota in 2004, and 131% of initial fee quota. I also won President Award all three years, and was named Rookie of the Year in 2004.
