Lead strategic, high profile projects from concept development and design through production for The Department of Energy (DOE) and NREL, including corporate identities, annual reports, event graphics, web design, and data visualization.Facilitated and led user experience techniques such as brainstorming sessions, collaborative workshops with the clients, journey map, and touch points for a DOE office’s new strategic Communications Plan to align with their new business goals and strategies. I designed worksheets throughout the process and a final printed Communications Plan.Collaborated in a week-long design group process improvement workshop to increase the value we provide to our customers. Through brainstorming sessions, mapping process flows, identifying pain points, and future strategizing, I contributed process, planning, and strategic solutions.
