- Liaison to promoters, artist management, record labels, agencies and tour sponsors.- Coordinate ticket holds in relation to show on-sales, as well as manage artist related seats.- Provide pre-production and on-site coverage for MSG venues.- Manage client receptions and artist meet-and-greets.- Supervise in-house staff during and after performances.- Run artist and VIP credential lists and troubleshoot problems.

- Request venue avails and place holds.- Create and send show offers to agents.- Prepare contracts, request deposits and insurance for shows.- Report company shows to trade publications.- Facilitate with day of show needs.- Support Talent Buyers with administrative work (phones, meetings, etc)

- Book talent to attend VMA parties, events and main show.- Assist talent on site with red carpet, seating and presenting.- Work with management, labels and executives to make cohesive show.

- Research upcoming talent in New York area.- Set up and hold on camera auditions.- Create viewing tapes of top candidates for executives.

- Work with management, labels and agents to facilitate production schedules.- Facilitate talent on-site for productions (make-up, producers, etc)- Organize travel for talent booked and auditioning.- Screen VJ submission tapes/headshots, present potential talent to department.- Set up auditions and hold 1st round auditions.- Support Senior Director & Director with daily functions (managing calendar, rolling calls, schedules, etc)
