I have over 10 years of experience in design, office administration, and nonprofit organizations. In my last role at a community cultural center and arts school in New England, I led a team of 7 staff and 15+ faculty members, managing daily operations, budgets, course scheduling, and strategic planning. At Kimball Jenkins, I expanded our educational programs, increasing student enrollment by 30% with over 120+ workshops and classes in 2023. I improved administrative processes, reduced administrative overhead by 15%, and introduced new systems for event planning that boosted community engagement. I also focused on staff development, ensuring our team had the resources to succeed.Outside of work, I enjoy helping with community programs that bring positive change to educational environments. Recently, I worked with Franklin Public Schools in New Hampshire to set up a Makerspace and Media Lab. I coordinated the setup of workstations and engaged with students to teach user experience principles, working with them to design a space that met their needs.I’ve recently moved back to Chicago and I'm looking forward to connecting with others in the area.
