With over 5 years of experience in the field of chemistry, my core competencies include chemical analysis, analytical techniques, method development, document management, and quality assurance. I am motivated by the mission of delivering top quality products to clients and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different sectors and settings, from research and development to contract testing and manufacturing.In my current role, I supervise a team of 4 QC Chemists, who perform various analytical tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. I also implement and maintain the Document Management System, creating and revising SOPs and other work instructions to ensure traceability and repeatability. Additionally, I coordinate instrument calibrations and validations, and participate in internal and external audit processes. I have acquired the ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification, which enables me to assess and improve our quality management system. Some of the skills that I use and develop in this role are leadership, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
