CurrentLeading a sponsorship portfolio for BMO, overseeing corporate partnership development, property relationships, and the design and execution of multiple strategies and campaigns to drive the BMO and partnership brands, and business objectives. • Overseeing the most substantial assets – partnerships for BMO in Midwest including Summerfest, NBA team Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum, MLB Team Milwaukee Brewers and Miller Park, BMO Magnificent Mile Lights Festival (Chicago), and more• Negotiate/promote perks for customers with sponsorship partners (i.e., merch discounts)• Negotiate contracts, and direct activations and campaigns that include rewards, contests, fan card initiatives, and onsite events• Quadrupled Milwaukee’s New to Bank card customers between Sept 2017 and May 2019 through sponsorship strategy and successful campaign execution• Generated a new revenue stream of $2.84M in 2019 after initiating and executing a retail promotion, delivering an 85% YoY increase• Initiated and supported a retail program with sponsorship property that led to 303 new account openings (25.7% increase from 2018)• Driving merchandise transactions which represent about 12% of total transactions throughout the summer season; with new campaign strategy, the number of BMO customer purchases accelerated by up to 87.8% compared to the previous year• Consistently maintain favourability and increased consideration scores with the Milwaukee Bucks for last 3 years through considerable changes for the team, venue, and in naming rights • Train, manage and lead Brand Ambassador team for each onsite activation
