About Stacy Silkaitis

For the last ten years, I’ve worked with different organizations — mainly professional service firms — to build and position their unique thought leadership in the marketplace. Most of my experience has been with smaller organizations or within smaller departments, so I’m used to jumping right into projects and have played just about every marketing role there is. I’m most passionate about creating strong, compelling content that clearly illustrates my product’s value, and then taking that product to market through different media channels. A large part of my success has also involved equipping salespeople with the skills needed to articulate and reinforce key messages in conversations with clients and prospects. While I like to think of myself as a truly talented marketer, I know that marketing alone doesn’t close deals. My job is to enable sales with the tools needed to create more high-quality conversations that lead to new opportunities, move those opportunities through the pipeline faster, and increase revenue and retention with existing clients. In my current position at Gallagher, I’m responsible for product development, marketing, and go-to-market strategies for high visibility reports and strategic consulting tools within the Benefits & HR Consulting division. I love that the products I’m responsible for help employers grow and succeed by protecting the health, wellbeing, and financial security of their workforce.
