My role involves not only enhancing our existing technological framework but also introducing new digital solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Additionally, I actively collaborate with clients to integrate advanced digital technologies within the construction and legal sectors.I am also a regular speaker at global industry events, where I share insights and trends on the intersection of technology and law.I have a particular interest in the digital transformation of the infrastructure & construction industries (including smart contracts, contract automation, digital twins, robotics, off-site manufacturing, IoT, BIM and AI/machine learning) and regularly speak on these topics at global industry events.Prior to leading Fenwick Elliott’s technology and internal operations, I practised as a construction lawyer and specialised in all major forms of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation. And before qualifying in law, I practised as an Architect, principally designing large-scale projects such as stadiums, hospitals and education buildings in both the UK and the USA. This dual-qualification and experience in the construction industry prior to practising law provides a unique expertise and platform for advising on technical issues and the digital transformation of both the construction and legal industries.
