I work as an independent contractor and lead 3 classes a week at this out-patient alcohol recovery treatment center. Gentle, mindful movements as well as meditation/nidra start each class. We work on balance, building strength and flexibility along with yoga philosophy to take off of the mat. Each class is one hour in duration. Patients vary from those who have been out treatment for 3 days to those who have been in treatment for 300+ days.

I work as an independent contractor and lead 4 classes a week at this 28 day, in-patient alcohol recovery treatment center. There are up to 22 patients in each class. Gentle, mindful movements as well as meditation/nidra start each class. We work on balance, building strength and flexibility along with yoga philosophy to take off of the mat. Each class is one hour in duration. Patients vary from those who have been in treatment for 3 days to those who have been in treatment for almost 30 days.

I instruction individuals and small group sized classes through varying forms of yoga, including private instruction, beginner's yoga, vinyasa, nidra/meditation and yin yoga to name a few.

I lead a minimum of 2 Yin Yoga classes weekly at Juicy Power Yoga. Class sizes vary up to 15 students for Yin Yoga classes offered at this studio.
