I am an integral member of the operations team coordinating various aspects of the production lifecycle. This includes managing custom & 3rd party goods from production to sale, inventory management, and fulfillment of custom orders. USA Obstacle Course Racing (USAOCR) is the National Governing Body for obstacle sports, disciplines, and events in the United States of America. ​We are a member-based nonprofit that exists to represent the needs of the sport through athlete member representation and engagement.

Worked on and supported process optimization, business operations management, and program improvements to increase overall efficiency, lean operations, donor outreach, fundraising, and government relations for this outdoor seasonal pool for Teton County. Coordinated progress towards completion of new aquatics facility with external partners. Responsible for payroll, accounting, purchasing, communications, training, operations, staff recruitment, and procedural oversight for pool serving 1K+ community members. Worked closely with Idaho Public Health Department and Insurance Company to follow all rules and regulations regarding pool operation within the State of Idaho.
