As a part time endeavor, I am passionate about sharing nutritional supplements that can help to improve people's health. The quality of our food does not contain adequate nutrition to keep our bodies functioning at their best. In fact, through Dr. Wallach's proven scientific research, he has found that we need 90 essential nutrients to keep our body in optimal health. Without these 90 nutrients, our body will decline in health. Check out my website listed in the Experience section to learn more.The majority of my career has been involved in music and the arts, but my creativity and organization has led me to full time employment at Grandy & Associates. Surrounded by the skilled trades all my life, settling into the industry was easy. Working with the trainers, I develop e-learning training to teach contractors how to become profitable. I then apply my creativity through videos, audios and graphics. Since the COVID pandemic, a lot of the Live in Person Training done by our instructors, has been converted to Live Online Training. As the Production Manager, I coordinate the other producers schedule's, details and processes. Our online training is one of the best, as we incorporate green screen technology and engagement via chats, and poll interaction.I am also certified as a Success Insights DISC & Driving Forces Analyst. I am intrigued by the ways that people communicate and how we can utilize that information to bring awareness and acceptance of other people's behaviors and actions. In this current polarized culture of opinions, DISC is a powerful tool to help understand, accept and communicate with those around us. Combined with the Driving Forces assessment, it helps people identify their "why" and what motivates them to action. This can help match the right person with the right career, the right employer, and the right environment. Finally, music is still a mainstay of my life, so if you need me to sing....give me a call!

Many of the in person training classes were moved to online and the background production became a priority of my position. MANAGEMENT AND SCHEDULING* Property manager for 6 tenants overseeing facility care, writing leases and collecting monthly rent.* Successfully scheduled multiple calendars, rooms and staff schedules for exhibits, classes, performances and rentals. * Oversaw and directed daily operations of retail store, staff, website, rentals and advertising.TEAMWORK AND COMMUNICATION* Lead coordinator of the staff in planning and executing 6 multifaceted events composed of visual artists, musicians, presentations, food, beverages, marketing and vendors.
