Nordic responsibility for Finance, Controlling, IT, Procurement, Facility management, Legal and Administration. In 2020 I had to start with building my support team with recruitment of 7 new team members in 3 countries. Next was leading a team of 10 through a carve-out project from BASF into MBCC Group to ensure that our financial, IT, administrative and operational systems, processes and projects were performing well. We also moved to a brand new SAP system in this project. I'm part of the Nordic and Swedish Leadership Teams. In 2023 we did a second carve-out into Master Builders Solutions Group, I was in lead for this project and also site captain for the ERP part of this project for the Nordic countries. This carve-out included a split of my team since 3 of my team members stayed in MBCC Group while I brought the rest of my team into Master Builders Solutions Group. Budget, financial reporting, forecasts and analysing is part of my work as well as coordinating with our external service center in India. I have run several process improvement, digitalization and development projects and been part of many more global projects. I am in charge of the annual external audits as well as the internal audits for the Nordic countries. I'm in charge of evaluating Nordic M & A candidates. I have recently tendered and replaced our Nordic auditor as well as our Nordic tax advisor. MBCC Group was owned by a PE company and also Master Builders Solutions Group is owned by a PE company called Cinven.
